New Graduate Recruitment

FAQ

  • Are there any qualifications required to apply?

    No special qualifications are required.

  • Besides full-time employment, what other employment types are available?

There are "Partner Employees" as part-time employees and "Area Employees" as full-time contract employees. "Partner Employees" are paid by the hour. "Area Employees" are fixed-salary contract employees with limited work locations who will not be transferred far away. Please check the application requirements for each hotel before applying.

  • Is it possible to work another part-time job?

Yes, that's possible. As long as the combined hours of your work at the other company do not exceed 40 hours per week, you can work multiple jobs at the same time, allowing you to make effective use of your free time.

  • (Full-time employee) Is it possible to transfer from a different industry?

Of course you can. Please utilize your wide range of experience and skills in other industries with us.

  • (Full-time employee) Are there any opportunities for women to thrive after joining the company?

Yes. We have many female employees who have experience as hotel managers and leaders. In addition, some female employees joined the company as front desk staff and are now working at the head office.

  • (Full-time employee) I am a foreigner. Can I apply?

Anyone with a valid residence status is welcome to apply. Most of the visitors are Japanese, and work will be carried out based on communication with staff, so Japanese language skills, including reading and writing, are essential.

  • (Full-time employee) Are there any qualifications that would give me an advantage during the selection process?

There are no qualifications that are absolutely necessary to join the company, and they do not necessarily have a direct impact on the selection process. However, we believe that taking on a qualification or exam can be an advantage in some way.
