Commendation system
The awards system was revised from fiscal 2021 to fairly recognize gratitude and a spirit of challenge. It is an awards system that is convincing for everyone through internal voting and a visible format.
Smile Card Award
Staff members who have contributed to "making customers and staff smile" will be recognized through nomination by other staff members.

The purpose of the award is to recognize teams that serve as role models for others by improving CS/ES, raising brand awareness and value, contributing to business performance, and improving operations through flexible creativity, ideas, and actions.
Customer Service Improvement Contest
The judges will evaluate the contestants' customer service.
Top performing stores and individuals will be awarded prizes.
